Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again. (113 reviews) Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also. Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside. Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).
