A short walk to all the shopping, dining, and excitement Brevard has to offer, Johnson Street Cottage is ideally located. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home accommodates 4 guests in the bedrooms or 6 guests including the sleeper sofa. The driveway has parking spaces for 1-2 cars. The main entrance at the front of the home welcomes you into an open and cozy living and dining room, with comfortable seating, a smart television with access to YouTube TV for live streaming, and a dining table with seating for 6\. The kitchen is off the dining area and is equipped with an electric stove, traditional coffee maker, and the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group. A full sized washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located just off the living area. Bedroom 1 is home to a king-sized bed and a Smart TV with YouTubeTV access. The bathroom comes with a single sink and stand-up tile shower with glass enclosure. Bedroom 2 is complete with a king-sized bed and another SmartTV with YouTubeTV access. The fenced in back yard can be accessed through a sliding glass door, just off the kitchen. Love the new fence. You may want to post newer pictures of the fence on your ad. It would have helped to have an explanation of all the TV viewing options included in the home notebook. Being in our late 70s and 80s, steps to the back yard off the porch would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will book it next year if it is available. It's nestled in a well established part of town close to parks, the weekly farmer's market, and seasonal festivals. It is well equipped with anything you might need in a kitchen, ample space to seat your family around the table, and a quiet backyard for you and your four legged friend to relax. The king size beds provided ample space and comfort. Great location in a safe neighborhood. The only problem we had is the property manager tells us a work crew will be there building a new fence on the property while we are there. Loud, disruptive, and we could not use the back yard during this time. We were told this less than 24 hours before we were going to arrive. At first they told us it would be completed on Thursday (we arrived Thursday PM) but then the workers showed up Friday morning, and worked all day, and then again on Saturday morning for another few hours. The owner surely did not suddenly book this on 24 hours before we were to arrive so we were a bit upset they would notify us the day before our arrival. If I had known, with plenty of notice, I would’ve rather canceled the trip. ##### Kathy C.
