Bit noisy
Pretty standard stay for a Holiday Inn. Thought I’d leave a review though as the windows are not well glazed and due to the location can experience a lot of noise from the road below. I wouldn’t return based on this as I do like my quiet for sleep.

Good for Wembley Arena
Clean with comfotable bed. Small fridge. Reception friendly. Some restaurants nearby in the outlet centre. Wembley arena just round corner. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

It was a good stay. Nice hotel, good breakfast and hotel bar. Check in and out was seamless and the location was good. Close to the underground with easy access to All of London. Would definitely stay there again.

These beds are seriously comfy, staff are very polite and efficient, right next to loads of places to eat, and although the car park looks a bit dark and damp it was fine and did the job with loads of spaces

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for Wembley stadium and central London. Breakfast was ecellent The rooms were really hot. We did ask the staff to come amd alter the thermostat but it was still too hot. The bar would benefit from more draught beers and ciders.

Bed was so uncomfortable new mattress needed as there was a huge dip in the middle that meant me and my partner barely slept for two nights! Positively the room was clean and tidy

Nice stay
2 nights stay . Checked in Friday afternoon. Nice and clean room . Excellent bed. Nice and quiet hotel. 2 mins walk to Wembley and shops. 10 mins walk to tube. Would stay again . Parking at hotel was a plus

Good visit to Wembley, stayed with 2 kids, very pleasant, there was an West Indian lady at breakfast who was just fantastic, attentive and friendly throughout

Noisy Hotel room
A regular noise which sounded like a large table was being moved on the floor in the room above was happening throughout the night - it may have been a noise from the air conditioning system. Shower had no power in the water whatsoever. Also disappointed a service charge was automatically added to my bill just for a bar meal sitting in the bar area.

Very close to the designer outlet, stadium and the train station. Super convenient!! The room is very affordable and exceeded my expectations.

Decent hotel
Was a decent room, the window was locked shut so no fresh air or draft and the aircon only went down to 16°c and the staff were taking their time checking me in and out but apart from that it was an ok night

Breakfast was fantastic and staff Available for breakfast was welcoming and attentive. Key times missing from the room that guests are expected to request for. I.e. slip map, flannel, disposable bag, no complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which are all things 4 start hotel should have available in the room. Disappointed that we didn’t get a connected rooms despite making advance request, and there was no apology. Beds was very comfortable and we all had a lovely stay and would return.
