PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles, 1 garage spot.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Village Point 206 is a luxurious three bedroom, 3 bath, fully furnished townhome. Located very near the Peak 9 base area, this mountain getaway is perfect for families or groups up to 8! 5-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge and Free Wi-Fi!

This spacious, 3-level townhome is located near the south end of town to offer privacy and convenience. Only a 7-minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift. Only a short 5-minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. Are you not planning on having a vehicle? Take advantage of the free shuttle bus that stops at the entrance of Village Point.

This townhome comes with ski storage and a 1-car garage, which means no winter snow scraping!

Get a great night sleep in the master king size bed, located on the top level, and unwind in the private bath with a large shower! You'll find a cozy queen size bed in the second bedroom equipped with a private bathroom- located on the lower level. In the third, two twin beds with yet another private bath. A queen size sleeper sofa sits in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. All bathrooms have newly installed heated floors.

Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room or venture out to the private deck for some of the best star gazing around, complete with a new hot tub that is 40% bigger than the previous hot tub.

Plan on packing light and doing your laundry? Feel free to utilize the private washer & dryer.

The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and dinnerware.

Flat-screen HDTV, Wi-Fi, iPod dock, and mp3 player are also in the unit.

WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk up the street (1500 feet) to get to the Quicksilver Chairlift or walk 200 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, to get to any of the lifts. Relax in the private six-person hot tub on the deck of this property, at the end of your ski day. You would be a block from the many shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.


SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
You can walk 1500 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and onto numerous hiking and biking trails up, over, and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You can also mountain bike or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk one block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Annually we get together with the friends who were in our wedding to hike 14ers. We have stayed a lot of places and this unit was so nice and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice walkable location. Would recommend this property.

We liked the location, clean, good layout , close but not right on top of everything. Worked perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. Hot tub was wonderful. I really appreciated having a fan to use at night because I’m the Queen of “Hot Flashes” and I have to have one to sleep. It’s funny my son thinks he rented that very same unit about 4 years ago.

Great location with an easy walk downtown. Cozy and comfortable condo. Only issue was the sliding door doesn’t sit well in the track which made accessing the hot tub a bit of a challenge (having the hot tub was a selling point for this condo for our family.) Notified management and they were very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again and fingers crossed the door is fixed!

We enjoyed our stay and the Location of this unit. The unit itself could use some TLC, old uncomfortable furniture and some things were broken/well used. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants which was the primary reason we picked this unit. There is a private hot tub on the deck was amazing and another main reason we felt this unit would exceed our expectations. We did not travel with her kids this time and I’m glad because the unit is a townhome with two out of the three bedrooms in the basement. For some families this would work great but we have several at small ages. Overall, I would probably stay again!

We were very comfortable in this well equipped condo. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having our own good size hot tub right on the deck! And being able to walk to the slopes and town was a big bonus. And a shout out to Jeff and Denise for being responsive to our questions.

We had a lovely time at the Village Point condo. Every convenience was thought of! Comfy beds, spacious rooms, great communication. Even though the roofers were working every weekday, it was so quiet in the condo! The hot tub was clean and wonderful to have; it would be even nicer if there were a couple of chairs to use on the deck; outdoor seating would really add a lot of enjoyment.

Our family had a great time in Breck this past week. The convenience of the condo to downtown was awesome! A short 10 minute walk had put us on the south end of Main Street where there were plenty of food options. The place was nice and cozy and the neighbors were inviting as well.

10 minute walk to the quick silver lifts. Decent place, fine for 4 people (but would have been tight for 8). Needed some better cleaning, the washer was new (so new that we had to connect it to the water). Could use an update. The hot tub was nice. As the Colorado lock down laws changed and prevented 2 families from staying together, the mngt company could have been more understanding/responsive.

It was a nice place. It was on par with other properties I have rented like this. If you are like me, and use the kitchen, either bring a roll of non-stick aluminum foil, or bring you own cookie sheets, if you are picky about the sharpness of your knives, bring those too., also bring your own measuring cups and spoons. Toss in a good spatula for flipping pancakes, cause you just never know. If cooking is not really your cup of tea, just ignore my suggestions. Whatever you do don’t pass on this one it is a really nice place to escape.

The townhouse was very comfortable for our group of 8. The private hot tub was awesome. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The location was very convenient, close to town and the lifts. If you don't want to walk, you can take the free shuttle which was right down the street. I would stay here again!

This was a great house. Hot tub was perfect. Great abo and slept out family of 8 adults very comfortably. We were very lucky to have 4 feet of fresh snow which was also incredible. Easy proximity for two of our ladies that were not skiers to the shops. Walking distance to Peak 9 base. Awesome.
