Highlights: \- VERY Walkable \- Free EASY parking \- IN-UNIT High efficiency washer & Dryer \- Professional host who has thought of everything This is a rare and wonderful unit where our guests can walk out the door and be on Main St. (near the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub) in less than two minutes. You can also walk to the quicksilver lift in about 7 minutes! If there is snow - you can sometimes ski there! The master has a king bed (on a mechanical base) making working from bed a treat! We have a sleeper sofa - but most find that the two foam mattresses we provide (with bedding) to be the best option. For those wanting to work from this condo, we have 'private' high-speed internet and can provide an additional work table for the bedroom so two people can be working (one in the main living area and one in the bedroom). However, one person can also work from bed where we have a very comfortable mattress on a mechanical base so you can sit up in bed and work on your laptop. (trust me, you will LOVE this way of working ;-). Parking: There is an assigned spot outside of our single garage. Unfortunately, there is not enough space in the garage for your vehicle. However, you can use it to store bikes and or ski gear. Your designated parking space is right outside the garage.
