Location was top notch. Literally was able to walk 8 feet to the gondola to go both up the mountain and down to the town. And even though the gondola closes at 5:30, the complimentary shuttle service was always quick and easy to book. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes to feed a full family of 12! I also can’t say enough about moving mountains service. They helped us coordinate everything from groceries and skis to baby gear! Everyone enjoyed the property. The location was literally next to the mid load for the gondola. The common areas were great for our family. We had plenty of rooms for everyone. Every bedroom, except the bunk room, had its own bathroom, with a separate bath for the bunkroom just outside the door. The bunkroom does not have a closet or place to hang anything, so that was the one drawback to it. Check in and check out were super easy. Would definitely recommend. ##### Mike M. Two of the televisions were not working and while they were already scheduled to be fixed before we arrived, the repair people were in the house for more than two hours on our first day. Not a show stopper but it's not easy to relax when others are there. The ice maker didn't work; the Paragon rep found a solution and brought us ice within the hour. The hot tub guy showed up for regular maintenance on Sunday afternoon. Again, not a huge deal but diminished the overall experience.Also, I never received a text that the property was ready. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 but my husband went to the office at 3:00 to see if we could check in early and was told no, they would text when ready. Super easy access to the gondola. We had a snowball fight with the gondola operators from our hot tub if that’s any indicator.
