"I'm giving it a 4 because when we arrived to check in, we were given a room with two queen beds, even though I had reserved an apartment. I had to go back to the front desk, explain the situation, and show my reservation. Even then, I had to argue to get the accommodation I had actually booked. Once we got to the apartment, it didn't even have a kitchen, which was another feature included in my reservation. We decided to make the best of it and enjoy the beach instead of letting it ruin our vacation. Everything else was fine, but I won't be coming back. When you book a hotel, you expect them to honor your reservation and provide the accommodations you reserved."

"This was a last-minute booking for a friend's retirement ceremony, and I'm so glad we decided to stay here. My wife and I had originally planned to stay at a beachfront hotel, but this ended up feeling much more like a true beach getaway than we could have hoped for.The location couldn't have been any better. Local bars, restaurants, a great breakfast spot, the beach, and the ocean were all literally right outside the door. As an added bonus, a SpaceX Falcon 9 launched during our stay around 3am. We set an alarm, walked out the back door, and were treated to an incredible view of the launch, what an awesome experience.On the weekend, the nearby bars had live music. You could definitely hear it, but it wasn't loud enough to keep us from sleeping.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway. The only small wish would be to provide a small cooler for beach, but otherwise we have zero complaints at all and would definitely stay here again."

"The house was in a great location, my older kids had plenty of places to go to at night. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Great beach location and the hosts even provided tents and extra chairs, several beach toys as well. Although we brought plenty ourselves. The house was subdivided into 4 separate apartments, which we were not aware of. But gave privacy to each couple. The house is in need of some updating and just general repairs to the inside and outside. The basement rooms are very humid and moldy smelling. We had to have them bring us more dehumidifiers and something to help with the smell. Two of my kids had a hard time sleeping. This property would be a 5 star if some of these things were addressed."
