Ideally situated for discovering the area’s gorgeous beaches and quaint resorts, the property offers a reverse-level layout, with stunning views from the lounge and the first-floor balcony. With plenty of room for up to eight guests, this spacious, colourful and light-filled retreat is perfect for keen walkers, beach fans, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts exploring a breathtaking stretch of the North Devon coastline. Entering the property, head upstairs to the first floor and the spacious, light-filled open-plan lounge /diner which features a welcoming wood burner and plenty of seating, making a great space to sit back and watch a movie in the evening. Doors open out onto a charming balcony with garden furniture, providing a wonderful spot to sit out and take in the far-reaching views. The first floor also has a stylishly arranged kitchen and a pretty en-suite king-size bedroom. Returning to the ground floor you will find the bathroom and the three remaining bedrooms: two cheerful doubles and a light, cosy bunk bedroom. Stepping outside, the enclosed back garden has a charming lawn and a picnic bench, offering a relaxing spot for a BBQ. You can play table tennis in the garage where there’s ample room for storing surfboards and bikes.
