"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. "L'appartement était *très* propre, et la communication avec la gérante très bien. L'appartement est bien placé, a du charme, mais est un peu trop vétuste, en particulier la salle d'eau et la partie électricité. Coté couchage, aucun problème avec le lit, mais les canapés d'appoint étaient inconfortables (acceptable pour deux nuits, mais j'avais imaginé mieux). "

"Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
