Exception Reception personal
Reception was excellent as our reservation was cancelled in error due to a date change. They gave us our room so we could relax and then straighten in out. One call to Hotels.com and the matter was resolved.
Nice boutique hotel. Too bad breakfast wasn’t included in the price.
I really liked this hotel , but the internet is bad !
Only internet was concerned and irritated me !
Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, with delicious breakfasts and great staff!
Hotel Antares is up the road from the Old Town on a quiet residential street. There’s road works going on now which made the drive up a little bumpy, but we were able to drive our car directly into the parking garage. The hotel is in a lovely setting. It’s fairly quiet and easy to walk into town from. Our room was a good size overlooking the garden and we had plenty of space for the two of us. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends stopping in Bratislava.
Good clean, comfortable hotel in very good condition. The room was tastefully furnished with a good firm bed. My room had a full view of the Bratislava castle. Only downside for me was the location. About a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, with not very much around the hotel. The last few few hundred meters of the walk back to the hotel were a fairly steep incline giving a good workout.

Great staff, excellent location if you’re visiting this city.
I stayed in this hotel one night on last weekend of September. Hotel is located in quiet posh area close to Castle and Slavin. To walk to old town is around 10 min. Receptionist - he was very polite and professional.also female blond lady on breakfast was extremely polite. Room and public area was spotless. I recommend this hotel! I will definitely come back!
It was a nice hotel. Pretty small and very quiet, maybe saw 10 other guests in all our time there! Probably due to summer being over. They have a sauna and jacuzzi in the wellness centre which costs €13 to use for one hour for one person which was a bit expensive how’s e it is a very nice room that you seem to get privately for the time you pay for and it was very relaxing! The hotel is around 15 minutes walk away from the centre and main attractions, up hill on the way back but still a decent distance. We had an issue with the safe and the staff were very helpful at resolving it and in general were very nice. Breakfast was good and is €9 a day if you purchase there so would recommend getting it in your booking much cheaper! Overall a good stay
Great hotel, with lovely friendly staff who gave fantastic information on were to go for local cuisine, tours, etc. Our room was fabulous with plenty of light and a great view. Would highly recommend.
Quiet and clean but very near to historic centre by foot. 24 hour reception so no need to worry if you going to hit the bars in Bratislava 😊

Good morning,
if you had dirty room you could tell us directly in hotel. We do not register any complaining from your room during your stay.
Our hotel does not have elevator since it has only one floor.
Kind regards

I was really pleased overall with Hotel Antares. It is a little bit of a walk from the train station--20-25 mins--and from the city centre--10 mins downhill to and 15 mins uphill from. In a pleasant leafy neighborhood and especially good if you want a quiet spot. The evening front desk attendant was super helpful, and opened the sauna up for me. Greatly appreciated after a long day.
Nice hotel in a very quiet area of Bratislava, but still in a walking distance from the historic centre. We arrived late and it was starting to rain so the first impression the area was not very good.
Small property on a quiet street, safely tucked into a lovely neighborhood, yet a close comfortable walk to the bus stop, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful.
I can't say enough good things about this sweet little hotel. The owner on site was kind and engaging. Other staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Our stay was very comfortable and we hope to return again.
Walls paper thin, bath didn't work and the food was distinctly average. They also tried to charge us for the room again although we had paid through Hotels.com. Ultimately, there are much better places to stay in Bratislava for the price.

we are sorry you did not like your stay at our hotel
Hotel is up on hill, so if you are walking, be prepared!
10 minutes to Old Town.
Clean room - Nice balcony - great staff
Perfect base of operation for exploring.
The hotel is perfect. The room is clean, the environment is quite, the staff is very nice. But the public transportation is not so convenient. Because it is a little bit far away from the center city.
