Good for the price
We took up 4 rooms for our family trip. One of the grandkids cut their foot on glass in one of the rooms. But for the price, the rooms were pretty good. One car broke down and needed hauled home. They worked with us on that. Overall, I would stay there again. While not a 4-star hotel, I think it was a good place.

Our cards didn't work after getting all the way up to our rooms. The guy met me down at the stairs to give me new ones which was nice because it was freezing. There was hair on my pillow. And our toilet was broke. I told the guy at the front, even showed him a picture. All I got was "maintenance wasn't there to fix" it and a sorry. We were only staying for 1 night so we made due. Went to check out the next morning and the lady was just like "okay you're good to go" didn't ask how our stay was, didn't great me, nothing. I mentioned the toilet, wanting to make sure that was noted (so we didn't get charged for breaking it) and she was just like "okay" very poor service. Especially coming from someone who use to work at a hotel working front desk and housekeeping. Y'all could definitely do better. (The site isn't letting me add a picture of the toilet or I would because I have one)

Excellent stay
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and stayed until the following Monday. Our room was cleaned everyday and was found to be very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We will be staying there on our next trip.

Great hotel. /need a better breakfast
It is a a great hotel. We were expecting a better breakfast. It was all high carb with some fruit. What abouit also having eggs , pancake and bacon or sausage.

Bed was great. Room was a bit aged but very clean. Smelled good for a smoking room. We will be back. Have stayed here about 5 or 6 times now and it is a good deal for the price you pay.

1) The bolt that holds the stool lid in place was broken which resulted in the lid moving almost off the stool. 2) The bar that you hold on to stabilize yourself was coming off the wall. 3) The bar that holds the curtain in front of the shower is only held up by pressure pressure on both sides of the wall. I grabbed a hold of the bar when entering the shower, and it came loose, and I fell into the shower. Luckily I was not hurt. But if this is not fixed you are guaranteed a lawsuit in the near future. 4) There is no plugin on the desk for your computer. 5) The front door to office looks terrible you cant see through the window and it looks dirty. 6) This was advertised as a complementary breakfast. That was a complete joke. Not one hot item, only apple, orange, breakfast candy bar, donut, juice and coffee. Complete miss representation of comp breakfast. 7) This was the worst experience with a motel that I have ever had. I would never suggest that someone stay at this motel and to be frank I will probably never us Expedia as my first choice when finding a motel.

Staff at check in Kim was very nice. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 on the day of checkout, which is not until 11:00. Felt we were being encouraged to checkout early. Breakfast was very minimal and seating has no back support, just stools. My 85 year old father was with us and that was very uncomfortable for him, actually it isn’t safe.

We had double queen bed a little dated but comfortable we liked the black out curtains had cob webs around the ceiling and wall just a muffin on breakfast bar but on shepherd of the hills expressway you better be clean or you won’t make it all nice hotels on this road. The day we got there it had converted to econo lodge not serenity anymore will stay again because of the great price we don’t go to Branson to sit in a room only sleep then up and gone for the day
