Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My family had a wonderful visit to Branson. This condo was clean and had plenty of blanket and pillows. The only thing available in the kitchen was salt and pepper. Be sure to bring everything else with you. One thing every condo should have is a fan. The thermostat kept switching to a warmer temperature but if there’d been a fan, we wouldn’t have needed it set low to begin with.

#### Cozy condo with a beautiful view

Enjoyed our stay at this condo! The patio had plenty of seating with a nice view of the pond and golf course. At night you can hear the frogs and see fireflies!Front bedroom had full bath attached and a sliding door to the patio, but this bed creaked a lot! The back bedroom had a separate sink area and then a bathroom attached to it which made it convenient for girls to get ready. Full bed and daybed for plenty of space, but this room did get warm at night!Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, pots and had pans, but rusty and didn’t trust to use them. Close to the pools which were great! Indoor, heated pool, large L-shapes outdoor pool deep enough for my 12 & 13 yo girls to play and even the shallow end was good for my 6 & 9 yo girls to play, hot tub was big enough for 8-10 adults, and the kiddie area was nice for the very little. Condo is in a gated area and relatively close to just about all the attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
