To start off, the property and the grounds are very nice. The back of the hotel near the creek and pool areas are very nice and well done. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 but it was not terrible. The outlet situation is a bit difficult since there aren't many options around the bed for phones and other devices. This is a place I would have brought my family back to any time we would have visited. The part that changed my mind...We had already paid for our trip before we visited. When we arrived, I provided my card for incidentals and any other charges to the room on Tuesday evening. Wednesday evening we noticed there were two charges totaling 565 dollars had been charged by the hotel. We called Thursday morning and the person working said that it was done in error and the charge would drop off at 3am the next day. Friday morning came around and the charges were still there. I talked to the staff at the desk and I was told they couldn't do anything about it and I would need to speak to a manager. Friday afternoon we spoke with the manager and we were told that the authorization of the charges had been removed. Sunday morning on 3/24/2024 after we have returned home, the charges are still there. We had to contact our bank to start an investigation with them to see if we could get the charges removed that way. The facility offered no apology, no real reason why two different charges had been made, and they offered no solution to our problem. Will not be back.

This property has recently had an upgrade but it still needs some TLC. It still feels very much like a motel. The best area is the lobby to hang out in. I had to wait to check in as there was no staff when i arrived about 7:30pm. Beds were hard. Air conditioner was old. For a family vacay if you arent in the room much, its fine. It looks cute over comfort.

Our stay at The Ozarker was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the entire place was beautifully decorated. We will recommend The Ozarker to anyone we know that is headed to Branson. Our only comments/suggestions are, the concrete floor on the main level was quite chilly, on top of that, there was not a quality the seal on the door. We noticed that in the morning when we could see sunlight through the entire gap between the frame and handle side of the door. We are aware that it is off-season, so these things may not be as noticeable in the coming months, but thought you may want to know

We sent our Brother in law and his new wife there for a little pre- Honeymoon. THEY LOVED IT! It was beautiful and very accommodating. They enjoyed their stay so much they are wanting to make it a yearly trip!!!

It was just okay. There were two dead spiders in the room that seemed to have been there for awhile and the bath wasn’t cleaned. We did elect for the housekeeping services but only the trash was changed each day. The lady at the front was pleasant and friendly when we interacted.

The hotel has some cozy rooms but could be better if they had at least 2 bathrooms for a room that sleeps 6 people. Aly at the front desk was very helpful and always in a good mood. I recommend this place for a short visit and very good for families.

Likes: shower pressure, clean sheets, hot tubs, pool, pool towels in the room, breakfast pastries, dog clean up stations were stocked and emptied, espresso bar in lobby. Dislikes: no microwave in room, VERY late check in when we requested early check in, TV is the most frustrating I’ve ever used- the remote literally needs instructions and you still will likely require an hour of focus to select a movie or channel. There is no protein at breakfast. the room doors and windows aren’t sealed well, I could feel and hear everyone walk anywhere near our room/stairs/hall.

The staff was excellent. Marshall, Laney Ann and Terry were very helpful and went out of their way. The rooms were clean, but small with few places to store things. I was in a single queen room so other rooms may have more places for your things. I really liked the open heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. The place is newly renovated and they did a really nice job with outdoor fire pits and a welcome common area.

I loved the common areas at this property. The theming and design was so cute nailing the modern camp vibe. Lots of firepits and a huge mid century fireplace encouraged hanging out. We were there at a busy time though, so these cute common areas were crowded. We also enjoyed the soaking tubs by the creek but they sadly broke while we were there. Staff was friendly and the property was family and dog friendly. Our room, though cute, was quite basic. I wished there was a security lock, a coffee maker, bath robes, a place to hang clothes. The tv didn't work and there was lots of noise from the road. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Toast, cereal, muffins and coffee. It also seemed a mess and like they were running out of things like juice and milk. I wished there was fruit and hot water for tea. Given the other options in the area, I would probably skip this motel next time even though the theming is great, the amenities have a ways to go especially for the rate they charge.

We liked the property, we could see that they are updating the property, but it seems like they have aways to go yet. Love what they are doing with the hotel. The road noise is quite noticeable at night. There were things in the room that were not working or coming off the wall. They should remove breakfast from the list of amenities provided. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have changed breakfast up starting this week to a free continental breakfast every morning from 6am -10am. We also will continue to have our ala carte items for purchase if anyone wants more substantial offerings.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of attention to detail in decor. However the breakfast situation was very disappointing. It was advertised as a free breakfast. But actually was a daily 5$ credit per person that could be applied to their little limited menu. The dry microwave breakfast burrito was awful and we didn't eat there again. One of our priorities was an included breakfast and we felt the "free breakfast" was misleading.
