Beds were clean room was modern staff were polite free local paper free wifi no free breakfast free parking and plugs

Nice hotel, on a main street in Brandon.

Pros: Provided ice and vending machines.
Had a pleasant stay. There were a lot of people present on the weekend we stayed. We had poolside on the second floor. Pool was open until 10:30 p.m. and noise from the pool can be heard inside. One restaurant in the hotel. A little pricey.

Thank you for the review Alane. Unfortunately with a pool being as busy as it is the first and second floor can be a little noisy until the pool closes at 10:30. I am sorry for this. We do have suites on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor that are nice a quiet if you want to check them out on you next stay.

Attending a workshop

Check in was smooth, room was clean and nice big bathroom, had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. Friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel good location

Only cmplaint was no way to adjust room temperature and rooms were really warm

Easy access to businesses for meetings

Pros: Clean rooms
Felt bad for front desk...they could of used another person at check in. It was a long wait & phones were ringing off the hook. Rooms facing pool are too loud to catch up on laptop after work day.

Found visible mould in our room. And there was major construction going on at the front doors. Had to lug luggage around through a side door.

Great location, very central

Pros: The location was great!
Cons: Pool needs to be repaired.
Location: The hotel is so close to everything... Great location.
The hotel is under renovations, updating areas. The pool area is large and has a great slide, but definitely needs some repair work. Rooms are spacious and have been nicely redone.

At first our stay reservation was altered by the one checking us in claiming the change was so we could enjoy a noise free stay but she put us on the main floor and was terrible extreme noise went to front desk the manager and Teresa got us into a quite and way better room which we were expecting

Happy but hungry.

We liked it very much. There was only one thing I thought should have been included was one meal a day weather it is breakfast or lunch for what you pay to stay there. I like to get out and do things but may not have a lot of cash to eat.
