Don't go for the waterslide
Bed was good , no tub for a soak after a long drive , and they turn off the hot tub daily so it's uncomfortably cool ( a hour after I asked for it to be turned up), they are trying to save money it would appear so very little water rubs in the waterslide - kids have to push themselves out and that was my 45lb 7 yr old. Room coffee is cheapest money can buy but if you use both packets at once it is drinkable. The tv remote didn't work , once fixed I could work it 1 ft from the tv but not from my bed ,bed lamp didn't work; I had confirmed 2xs the pool use hrs - I was told 9 am but that is when pool cleaning and matainance started so about 11 of us sat waiting for 30 mins to use the facility. Left feeling as a paying inconvenience not a " Guest", marg

Sorry for the issues with the pool and hot tub, and the TV in the room. Glad we were able to fix that issue for you. We hope you will come see us again so that we can make up for the poor experience.
