Cons: The coffee in the room was terrible and they could leave more coffee
Over all was good. Need renovation which is starting now. Better coffee in rooms would be nice.

Pool condition

We had a great stay, but it turned out that many people came to use the pool as did we. Way too many people in the pool, and so water clarity dropped off. Not really the hotels fault, but it did take away from. Our experience.

Chilly night

The hotel was good, out room was clean and fine. They did fail to tell us they were having issues with their heat and it was a very chilly night for us. We went to tell them in the morning that our heat was not working and the front desk lady then told us they were having issues. I would have appreciated being told before and offered extra blankets then after a cold night and poor apology.

Christmas shopping

Good hotel. Pool was hectic as there was an 11 year old hockey tournament on. I recommend this hotel!

Poor customer service

Pros: Location and Tyson at the restaurant was very welcoming and his customer service was excellent.
Cons: Staff attitude
Location: Location is great.
The general managers reply to my complaint was poor. I have stayed at this hotel many times due to its location but the general managers poor customer service will make me rethink my stay there on my next trip.
