"We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Heachem Beach and wouldn't hesitate to return. The caravan had everything we needed, even a fridge freezer which was a nice surprise. There are some steps to the left as you walk up onto the road, this leads to a track that then takes you down to North Beach, then you can walk along South Beach, and back to the entrance of the caravan park. It was great for the dog and the site even has a doggy shower for rinsing off those salty, sandy paws. ...

"A lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. The food was amazing with great variety. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great with a free-standing bath and powerful waterfall shower."
Coastal Bolthole - Great accommodation on the North Norfolk coast.
10/10 Excellent
"Fab location and exceptionally clean and well equipped. Has everything you could want for a self catering stay ( except possibly a larger freezer for a family) ideal for coast hopping and making the most of the area. Good communication and information from owners"
"Great location to explore the Norfolk Coast. Lovely pub within walking distance. Coastliner bus stop nearby. Great comms and info from owner. Accommodation was perfect for our needs. Modern, clean and very comfortable."
"Was everything it said. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Private parking at the rear. Small garden area, but big enough let the dogs run around. Easy to keep warm. Would definitely go back."
"Perfect house. We arrivemd in the dark...it gies dark at 4 at this time of year. Post code is generic so took us into middle of village. Could not find cottage and no street lights. Asked st hotel..she searched but search took us further into village. About to give up and go back home but knocked on a door to ask. Man tried to find it and we cane on it bu accident. The picture on site is of rear if property so coukd id it. No pnone signal for me to search. Very frustrating. The sign saying 1-4 The Hides is tiny and cannot be seen from a car. "
Lifeboat Cottage - Pretty period cottage in a quiet coastal spot
2/10 Terrible
"Perhaps you should check your records and you would see we couldn’t go because of a medical situation and you were not prepared to postpone our trip.
Luckily the host was genuinely helpful and the situation was sorted out perfectly.
After sales service - ZERO"
"Nicely renovated and equipped. It is a cottage and could only be described as 'cosy'.
It is described as having two bathrooms which is not true.
There is one bathroom with wc, shower and wash basin and an additional wc with washbasin. Both are downstairs
Also the stairs are quite difficult if you have restricted mobility"
