Poor Customer service
Arrived, had booked a king size bed. They gave me a room with 2 queens. When I went down to discuss the error with Breezan (desk rep) she stated Expedia changed my room and to take it up with them. Very sippy attitude. Never offered to look at correcting the issue. Called Expedia, they did not change my reservation. Expedia rep called hotel and tried to have them correct the error. No luck. Expedia rep DID issue a refund due to the poor customer service I had received. I felt that the hotel lied to me, and tried to blame Expedia. It's a clean hotel, just the staff at the front desk is an issue. Make sure you check, then double check before you arrive that your correct room is on file. Sadly due to the poor service I received I will be arranging to stay at the other hotel in town when I travel down every couple of months.

There was wrong description on web room reserved and that was confusion. you had higher price and spacious room. We had no availability to move to another room day you had stayed, we had explained.
