Both spaces have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. Both living rooms have plenty of space to sprawl out, relax, and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each unit. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. 1,384 sq ft. Great location and neighborhood. There is a laundry shed in the parking lot. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works). 10 Miles to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport \-Smart TV \-Patio \-Outdoor Dining \-Grill \-Pet Friendly \-Beach Gear Important to note: \-This rental is a duplex.
