Several beaches within a few minutes drive of village green! Come enjoy some fun in the sun! 3 BEDROOM/2 BATH totally remodeled. . Along with a breakfast bar, the Kitchen features black stainless appliances, cabinets, Granite tops and tile floors. The dining area is open to the living room which features tile floors, couches, a flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 large closets, tile floors and newly renovated bath. The first guest BR features 2 twin beds, tile floors and a large closet.The second bedroom features a queen bed, tile floors and another large closet. A newly remodeled full bath with a walk in shower and vanity separates the two guest bedrooms. Beautifully landscaped yard with nice patio off rear. The master bedroom and guest bedroom also have new floors so easy to maintain and get around. We are close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Beach. Plenty of room, everything was very clean, comfortable beds. We were even able to keep our cars in the garage. Would definitely recommend this property. ##### Timothy W. As well as housing us comfortably, it was close to all the activities we were interested in. Kim, the host, couldn’t have been more accessible and accommodating. We plan to return! ##### Judy G.
