The home boasts quality furnishings, incredible views, and proximity to the beach. Inside, relax in the comfort of the living room and stream your favorite shows. Step out onto the screened lanai for some fresh air and take in the amazing views. Prepare meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine at the breakfast nook or at the table fit for six. Rest well at night; each bedroom has been uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Additional highlights include a private washer/dryer, cable, and access to a shared pool. Also provided are four beach chairs, beach towels, and other beach gear, so you can be sure to be fully prepared for your oceanside adventures. THINGS TO KNOW Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The elevator from the garage to different floors adds convenience. I was there with family (couple + teens) and it was spacios and confortable. On the "con" side the major complain was the master bedroom bed. The owner/property manager even sent someone to fix it and improved it partially. The master bed would make loud wood squeak noise at any slight turn - enough to wake you several times at night. Hopefully more attention is given to that. On the fine tunning cleaning needs some attention, some kitchen basics like sugar packs, salt and oil would be welcome. I would stay there again if bed was properly fixed. ##### Leonardo T. It had plenty of space and was in a great location near the beach. The unit had a large garage to keep beach things. The kitchen had a variety of cooking items, plates, utensils, etc for when we cooked there. The beds were comfy and well stocked with blankets and pillows.
