Pros: Facilities, free parking, free internet.
Cons: Remove the misleading information and stop selling rooms that do not exist
Location: Windsor and Legoland close by
This is not a bad hotel overall. However, I paid extra for a deluxe room which was advertised using a king bed picture of a refurbished room. However, on getting to my room it was not a renovated king. I went back to reception and was informed that there were no rooms as shown in the picture in the hotel - they do not exist. So I had to settle for a double bed refurbished room. The Hotel said they have removed the pictures but after checking they are still selling those rooms using a fake picture. Otherwise the facilities and food in restaurant was good. Rooms clean and staff pleasant.

Nice hotel well placed for ascot and nipping into

Pros: Room and breakfast.
Cons: Add black pudding to breakfast menu
Location: Close to ascot and plent of pubs a very short taxi ride away.
Stated on ground floor in a recently refurbished standard room. It was very nice and looked to be a far higher grade of room. Shower was a bit dissapointing. Overall great room and very large tv.

Pleasant hotel

Booked two nights to attend golf at Wentworth, good location for park and ride at Ascot. Hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool area although changing room was extremely hot. Enjoyed a pleasant meal in the restaurant which was good value as was able to use Taste Card otherwise would have been quite expensive and 8.5% service charge was added to bill, didn't query as service was very good. Nothing in the immediate vicinity so no other choice for an evening meal without driving. Room was large, clean and comfortable, only minor criticism is that it was quite cold late evening and couldn't work out the controls for the heating but an electric heater was provided which took the chill off. Always like to stay in Hilton hotels as find them very good and this was no exception.

Good stop for legoland

It's only 20m from legoland and the pool was a hit. The restaurant evening meal for children was a little limited but breakfast was brilliant!

Cons: staff attention to detail
Booked three rooms, they tried to argue that I had booked 4 and that i would be charged for 4th room as too late to cancel....I said go ahead and try as i booked through expedia and by credit card and would claim it straight back!).They allowed us to check in early into one room, rooms were clean but not spacious. Staff did not mention on check in that there was a scheduled power cut the following morning and only got told at 10pm the night before when I called to check what time we needed to check out. They were also telling people in reception the following morning. This should have been advised to guests when they checked in as guests with cases could not use the lifts to come down in the morning. One of our rooms had a wet room, and when we used the shower the drain was blocked and it flooded into the bedroom. We then noticed a stain on the carpet from this having happened before. I am assuming the reception would have been told or that housekeeping would have known, but this was obviously not dealt with before. We reported it! It was too late to bother with changing rooms due to scheduled power cut. So one set of people from our party could not shower. Ordered a meal at the bar at night and after waiting ages asked where the food had got to, they said they had brought it round once already but could not find us.....we had not moved from the bar area/reception seating area??? Overall, rooms were comfortable, but staff could do with being a bit more on the ball.

Cons: 1. shower could be more powerful 2. toilet flush needs repair
Overall hotel was just OK (not exceptional) Check in was fast and staff were pleasant
