"Everything was great except for the misunderstanding of an employee in the front who told us Something was wrong with my card. Because the name had changed on the room.Nothing was wrong with my card.Employee just didn't know what they were talking about "

"It was a quick stay just to have a place to sleep overnight. It was fair enough for the price of the room. Although, the occupants next room has their door open and I can hear the baby crying in the hallway for quite some time but I was too tired, I just want to have a place to lay on."

"It's a wonderful place to enjoy every moment and area from the hotel. Is like enchanted place all the decorations, gardens, structure, restaurants everything is great. "

"We only interacted with one woman at check-in and her attitude was a bit less than friendly or outgoing. No smiles, no thank you' s, it was a feeling like we were almost a burden to her otherwise boring day. The facility and room was OK, pretty clean compared to some of the other places we stayed at on this road trip but not as nice as others. It was just a stopover point however so it did fit the bill for that. Had the front desk clerk been just a bit friendlier, this place would have received high marks."

"Mostly great, but was awakened by a loud trash truck and banging Dempster doors and noise of lifting and emptying dumpsters TWICE.s starting at 5:50AM!! Seriously? Can't they start at retail spots that early instead??"

"This property is really very charming. The photos he has on the platform to rent it do not really help him because he looks more beautiful and pleasant in physicality. Even more so, the owners are really very formal. Very attentive. Always willing to solve the problems, although in reality I had none. Excellent location. An incredible view, a beautiful pool, overly comfortable beds. The fully equipped kitchen is really a magical place. Thank you very much for renting it once and many times more. It was a very amazing place to stay with my family. "
