The well-equipped cottage is walking distance to town and a short distance to The Bowral Country Club, Centennial Vineyards and more. The one-bedroom cottage has a lounge, separate kitchen bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. The cottage is air conditioned for summer and winter, has TV, WIFI, Netflix and parking for one car in a designated car space. The driveway to Centennial Cottages is fringed by mature trees and bushes. The cottage is located at the end of this driveway in a century old building with high ceilings and old timber windows and doors that look out onto the gardens. In addition to air conditioning for both summer and winter the bedrooms have ceiling fans and oil heaters for winter. The greater garden area and its mature trees are shared by the three cottages with the main garden area and the parking immediately in front of the Cottage. We selected this property because my wife had to undergo an eye operation at Bowral hospital and needed a couple of days to rest up afterwards.
