#### Clean, comfortable and convenient

The condos are super clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. Plenty of parking available and a nice area to walk anytime of day or night. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and playing games. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. We would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, cute decor. It appeared clean, but our feet and socks got very dirty. Also, there was not enough towels. We had six people staying six days. The kitchen had one wash cloth and one hand towel. The lower bathroom had one hand towel. There were no hangers in any closets. We left two wash clothes and hand towels in the kitchen as thank you gifts. The coffee pot in kitchen was broken and there were not extra blankets. When notified of this they were very nice and corrected the situation. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This house was not a pleasant experience. It felt like just a step above being in a camper. Our biggest complaint is that everything was the cheapest, bare minimum possible. The pillows and blankets were thin sheets that were almost useless. The tiny dining table was falling apart. The bolts in the fragile, MDF bunk bed were sticking out an inch. So, the bunk bed was nearly falling down. The beds were just a step above foam and sleeping bags. The HVAC system was very loud and the indoor air quality was very low. We felt like we needed to open windows and put box fans in the window. But, with freezing temps outside, we refrained. The garage lights didn't work. The clothes washer barely worked. After trying for several minutes to get it to turn on, it finally turned on.The bathroom door on the first floor wouldn't close. So, we had to McGiver the door with a pocket tool we happened to have.

#### Cheers to 75 years!

It was my mothers 75th birthday, so I booked the house, and brought my mom and her three sisters to celebrate her day with her. I took them shopping, greenwood mall, flea market, marti and liz and more. We also ate at wonderful restaurants and enjoyed the local casino at the Mint. The house was perfect for us. The checkin process easy, and everything was ready, the house was spotless and smelled so clean. The furniture the decor so beautiful. I loved everything about the home. We danced and played games, and watched movies, it was a truly awesome experience and Im thankful for the experience. My mom and aunts were very happy, so that makes me happy.

#### VRBO for family gathering

The property was perfect for our visit to Bowling Green - The unexpected snowstorm revealed some minor deficiencies (frozen bathtub pipes; no broom or snow shovel to clean steps and driveway.) Additional property recommendations: l1 or 2 chairs upstairs; safety grab-bars in showers. The TV was problematic; dining chairs loose. We definitely would stay here again.
