Beautiful refurbished apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people in the heart of Gueliz  
This functional and modern accommodation has a very good location:  
Carré Eden 10 min walk  
Nearby walking distance  
You can also reach the iconic Jama El Fna Square in 25 min by foot  
With the apartment you benefit from a parking space in the supervised underground car park of the building .  
Pool available mid-June until September 8, 2024.  
The space  
The apartment located on the first floor of a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained building.  
  
You will find a cozy living room with sofa bed, coffee table and stools, storage furniture and smart Tv.  
The air conditioning in the living room will allow you to enjoy it even in high heat .  
The accommodation also has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, accessories and utensils) , microwave, Nespresso, washing machine...  
  
The bedroom is spacious , is airconditioned and has a desk and a large closet.  
For your comfort the windows are equipped with electric roller blinds.  
  
Access to the pool and its amenities (tables , sunbeds...)

Guests have access to the whole accommodation without exception and the swimming pool of the residence located 5 m from the apartment.

Note the Marrakech train station is located 250 m from the accommodation in the heart of Gueliz.
