Almost sufficient to heat the seating area and one bedroom, but definitely pretty chilly in the rest of the space, especially the bathroom. Hot water was available only for few minutes while the heating system kicked in. It was not possible to shower. This was listed as bed and breakfast, but breakfast is not available, as some of the other reviewers have also stated."
