Excellent location and a fab bar on its doorstep. The rooms and bathroom would do with proper cleaning- even though they're dated, they're fine. However, the only thing that seems to have been done in our room before our arrival was the change of sheets. The bathroom was especially dirty.

Liked: Room comfort
This is a basic hotel to sleep, get ready and out the door. There is a bar next to it so music and people talking till after 1am which never bothered us but could annoy others if your use to quiet.
The windows are extremely dangerous, there's no safety catches and their low, so if u fell u are instantly dead. That was my major concern. The manager when u ring him he is very polite and helpful. Overall the place is dated but if your looking for an excellent location at a reasonable price then thumbs up.
The room was OK, and it was close to all amenities. The towels were clean, we had soap/shampoo, the fridge worked, there was a kettle (just two coffee sachets/tea bags and some milk pouches), and there was ample cupboard space.I would recommend bringing earplugs, as there a couple of nightspots fairly close by and the doors to the rooms can be very loud when closing.
