I booked the Arlington but ended up staying next door. Both buildings are owned by the same people but they do not operate as hotels, just rooms. There are no staff; you get meet outside , shown to your room and that's it. The ground floors have been converted to offices and to get into the building you use the fire exit. The room was pretty small and in a poor state of repair; bulbs missing, mirror poorly secured, no remote for the TV, shaving light not working, shoddy repairs to wall. There was not even a waste bin in the room and the kettle was to big to get under the sink, not that I would have used it anyway.
It's a few points below what I would expect as basic.
