Newly Renovated and stylishly furnished, this large, 8 sleeper house is available just outside Bournemouth city centre in Throop. Close to local nature parks and the city, this property is perfect for families or groups.

The property is in the unique location of being close enough to the city centre (10 minute drive) for groups wanting to enjoy the shopping, beaches and nightlife that Bournemouth has to offer, whilst being in a fairly tucked away location for those looking for a quiet retreat close to nature and the River Stour.


The property is located on the doorstep of Stour Valley Nature Reserve. The reserve is easy to find your way around with marked trails and information boards throughout the site. Roam along easy-access paths amongst grassland, woodland and river habitats. Visitors can look out for wildlife and some friendly otters can be seen throughout the day along with the iconic and beautiful kingfishers.

2 of the bedrooms boast an en-suite and the property has 2 lounge areas - 1 main with sofas and a large dining table, and one smaller with games and books stocked up.
