Awful customer service, terrible owner! Dont Stay!

The room seemed okay, location was okay, shame about the poor management of the hotel and the poor door entry system. The rooms had office key code locks on the door, which another guest had unfortunately double locked at 4am causing the owner to drill through the door frame for 20 mins! The owner showed no remorse once I confronted him about the scenario, he instead was very argumentative and wasn't apologetic at all after ruining my nights sleep. I was only after an apology for using a drill at 4am, I was instead confronted with comments about my TV in the room being on loud and that I owe the hotel extra for checking out later (even though the cleaner said it was fine as they were cleaning the lower rooms). Luckily I booked through Hotels.com who has been a pleasure to deal with, and after they received a load of abuse from the owner, they have compensated me and de listed this hotel as an option.

My b&b isn't de=listed and I don't hand in money after the problem happen on Saturday and stayed through to Sunday without any complains. I received a phone call from Expedia asking for compensation.
Sorry but I don't.
