Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the residence at the foot of the Aiguille Grive 1 slopes, a 30m² mezzanine studio for 4 people, on the 5th floor with a south-facing balcony. This attractive duplex comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette with 3 electric hobs, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. There is a living room with a dining table and bench seating. On the mezzanine (height of the mezzanine - 1.80 m) are 2 single beds in a staggered arrangement and a relaxation area with an armchair and television. There is also a closed bedroom with a double bed. The balcony faces south and offers a beautiful unobstructed view. Access to the slopes is at the end of the corridor. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost. Property managed by a professional.
