Good location close to a couple great restaurants. A/c works well. Staff tries but doesn’t always get job done. Water in shower wouldn’t drain and told them about it and was not fixed. Was not able to take a shower after touring and before checking out the next day. Also had the shower door come off and on me when showering. Wasn’t hurt but not what is expected from a “4 star” property.

Great location. 1 minute walk to the beach promenade and the hotel is located on a quiet street filled with various eateries, a patisserie, souvenir shops and a 4 minute walk to the opera house.
The breakfast is very good. The only complaint I have is that there is only a kettle with instant coffee in the rooms. A great improvement would be a nespresso type of machine.

"No such thing as a 4 start Apart Hotel, will always recommend if you book this place to first get there and inspect the area, check the parking lot and don’t allow them to charge extra fees unless you decide to stay, I guess you get what you paid for"
