I don’t recommend this place. The hotel is beautiful, but the personnel is not & the hotels new policy. My husband stayed at this hotel to get ready on our hour wedding day & the older man with glasses working on 3/16/24 had such a horrible attitude & his side comment during his 3 night stay. My fiancé and his groomsman were not allowed to take any pictures on the property & made him late on our wedding day. It took over an hour to allow our photographer to get a couple of getting ready shots in his room. I stayed at Kumiai & they allowed me to take all the pictures we wanted & there was no issues at all. I just had to authorize there entrance & the personnel was very helpful. We decided to stay stay at kumiai. The attitude & the hassle is not worth it when they are more hotels that are or much more Beautiful.

Awesome place in Tecate
Our stay was absolutely wonderful from Jose in reception/check-in to Carlos in the ASAO restaurant/bar. They take excellent care of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is immaculate, in great taste, and so very comfortable. An awesome place to stay. It is not my 1st visit at this hotel/resort it is one of many prior and more to come.

I have to say that I love this Hotel. The property is beautiful and the the decor is fabulous. They really placed alot of thought into the design. The room is large and very comfortable. And there is a bath tub and avlarge shower. Everything is first class. Lets not forget the delectable Asao restaurant on site . Great food snd service. Love it!

This was the second time I have stayed here. Once again, it was awesome! Everything was perfect! The customer service was friendly and them made me feel like I was the most important guest there. The food was excellent and freshly made by a chef who knew what he was doing. The bar was fully stocked, I watched Monday Night Football, and the view was spectacular. The parking lot was secure with an attendant, and we felt safe on the property. I have stayed at one of the other higher priced hotels previous to finding this one, and this is significantly better. I will always stay here when I visit Tecate!!!

There is no ice machine. You have to requested to front desk. There is no Bellboy at the Hotel. you have to carry your own luggage. Overall it is a nice hotel.

Great rooms, great service, great restaurant (and bartender Carlos). Englush speaking friendly. Only negative was hot tub being out of service. Second time in a row.

Great hotel want to visit again
We loved this hotel and the only problem was we could not stay longer. The staff was so nice and the hotel is just beautiful. The rooms were great and the Bed was a dream!

I like the rooms, they are very nice. We have stayed twice in this hotel. However both times there was a man (groundsman or guard) walking by on the back area of the rooms where there is nothing but the room's patio and brushes, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable because the bathroom windows (2) have no blinds and anyone outthere can easily see inside especially at night. I dont think this should be happening nor do I think this is safe. Also, this last stay, at 8 am while I was in the restrrom and my husband still laying in bed, the maid tried to come in the room without knocking or announcing herself. We had the latch on and that's what alerted us and her that we were inside. Anyway, it could have been an honest mistake and she thought that the room was empty but how does that type of mistake happen in this caliber of hotel. Lastly, not a big deal but both days of our stay we only had 1 coffee cup that we shared between both os us. We could ha e called thw front desk and ask for a 2nd cup, but because we would leave in the morning for business affairs, we thought the maid would catch that and provide a 2nd cup. It didn't happen. I mean, it is a nice hotel and we would probably stay there again, but if we do, we will definately ask for a room on the 2nd floor. Although that would pose a new problem because there is no elevator.
