The location is just a short walk to downtown Pearl St and it’s pet-friendly so we brought our dog. The place is well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. You are walking distance to Pearl Street mall, parks, CU campus and the house is fully remodeled and redecorated (the shower is like out of a movie or something).
