Small room
We arrived after 7pm and hotel Resturant was fully booked -
Got back to room around 10pm - there was live music in the courtyard (Pitt room faced the courtyard)
Loud music - unable to block out
Called reception she said it was on till 11pm -gave us some ear plugs and then asked if we wanted to move rooms - we said no as we already in bed
This should be communicated on the website , when booking the room - we we only there 1 night after a long drive from Folkstone -
I would not have booked it had realised , so be ware and ask hotel - this was Sat night -
Breakfast was ok
No parking on site

Throughout our 3 days stay despite complaints air conditioning was not working. We slept in the room with a fan besides us. Disgusting and no one attempted to look into same. Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English

"It did not cater for people who have problems walking our room was miles away and we had to change rooms which should have been at extra cost. We had a double bed and a single duvet. The girl on reception was bet pleasant and helpful."
