Location is great if you need to stay close to Centro but want to be more in the outskirts of the city. The staff was notably helpful, but I have to especially give an A+ shout out to Gabriel at the front desk for going above and beyond to help me when I needed it. I will be forever grateful for his assistance and support. Also, this hotel was responsive to my messages through Expedia messaging which I appreciate. The food was good and the breakfast was amazing. Love the fresh honey comb and variety of extras. Really very good quality breakfast in a beautiful space. A little more lighting in the rooms would be welcome, but overall, the room was comfortable, and I slept very, very well. Not always easy for me, so notable. Supportive mattress. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided. My massage by Amanda through the Bossa Spa was absolutely fantastic. Magic. I spent a lot of time researching a hotel that would suit me for my trip to Rio. It was not for a vacation, rather a safe, comfortable spot to take care of things in Centro for a couple of days, and it was perfect for that. That said, I would not hesitate to stay there for a vacation either. The view from the rooftop absolutely cannot be beat, and it gave me peace and space to relax during some stressful moments. So very happy for my stay there.
