Deidre and her daughter, Sidney, have done a great job stocking up all items needed for a comfortable stay (but consider adding some tissue boxes) even down to a pack n' play for babies and highchair and plateware for kids. They were quickly reachable, provided great recommendations in their guide, mattresses and pull out couches were comfortable, having 2 full bathrooms was a game-changer for our family, and everything was clean and stocked. The patio looked lovely for the summer with hanging market lights, but it was cold and rainy during our stay. The washer and dryer were so helpful. Note that the kitchen faucet handle needs fixing. This historic home seems to be in great shape and I love that it's a new listing for families to enjoy while visiting Boston. It's a 1 min walk to delicious Tatte Bakery and Blank Street Coffee shops, 5 min walk to the local train station and CVS, 5 min walk to the river, 7 min walk down to beautiful Boston Common park.
