John, Thank you for your review . The staff are amazing and have such a great time greeting and helping the guests that visit with us. Sorry to hear about the odor in the hallway, we wash the carpets weekly to prevent odors. Teh resort fee includes the 10 food and beverage credit all year long as well as newspapers, Bedside reading program, Wifi, streaming, access to our gym and a local gym as well as seasonal items.

Hello Julia, Sorry to hear of your experience. I see that you booked a King Bed Courtyard View room, those do not come with tubs, our suites have the large jacuzzi tubs. I will speak with team as we have a list to give out of our fav places to dine and shop. We also keep this list on our website as well . Please feel free to reach out to the hotel manager directly to discuss and rectify.

Jochen, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the double billing. In the summer, we offer more such as our paddleboards and kayaks and amazing outdoor seating area with lawn games ...we do have our gym, passes to the athletic club, the restaurant and living room area. We wish we could have all the bells and whistles, but space is limited. We do hope to see you again in the future.
