My first impression upon arrival at 9am was that the place was empty. The parking lot in front was empty. No people in the lobby nor restaurant.when I checked in they put me in a room where the door opened and promptly came loose from the jamb...making it impossible to close. Engineer came up to fix but he said the holes were stripped and it needed to be fixed before but they didn't do anything about it. He lingered a little too long in my room which was also creepy. They put me up in the room across the hall which was an upgrade, but there was still no comfortable place to work...a ledge with a desk chair that was too low for the ledge...and didn't telescope up. There was room for a small table and chairs but there wasn't anything there.
No wifi throughout day one. On day two I called the front desk and was told to bring it down so they could look at my laptop. The service at the restaurant was horrible both times I ate there. You would think that with so few customers, you'd be able to get a warm meal...and it was oatmeal! Waiter was visible but not attentive. On second day there, there were 4 small tables occupied, but it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a menu. Food was much better this day.
Other than that...the decor was nice and the room was clean.
