    Attendant was gone for more than an hour, remote control for tv was broken, just bad

      Not very happy with stay.

      First poor thing was that I was promised that our rooms were pre-assigned next to each other, just to find out this wasn't done. Then at breakfast (7-10AM), we were still eating at 9:30 and someone started cleaning up and putting everything away. I was going to make a waffle, but the mix was taken away. Also, photo online of breakfast was nothing like we had. Didn't go back for rest of stay. Then we had a toilet issue and someone brought us a plunger and had us take care of the issue. This is horrible customer service. They should have someone onsite to take care of maintenance.

      The outside of the hotel wasn’t the greatest looking but the room itself wasn’t too bad. When we got there, the toilet wasn’t flushed from previous use. Also, the manager gave us a hard time the day we where supposed to check out. We asked for late check-out and double/triple checked at check in but he still came knocking on our door saying we needed to check out. It was 5-minutes past 11am and my boyfriend told him we had late checkout and the manager gave him a hard time.
