Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was not clean upon arrival; routine cleanings were inadequate; supplies were not restocked; breakfast was average at best. Front desk staff were helpful.

My bedding was not clean, had to call and complain 3 times only for them to bring me new sheets, 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 ripped blankets. The staff that brought me those thibgs was rude and smelled of Marijuana. I was expected to strip these dirty beds myself and make them myself as well. There were hairs everywhere and scum in the tub. Worst cleanliness and service.

The front desk person was very helpful. She was friendly and kind. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. It was very busy but the people brought out food and clean dishes and utensils consistently. Everyone was working hard and friendly.

Was somewhat frustrated to find that I had to wait 20 minutes , being told that because I went thur hotels.com, they didn't have the information yet. Then once she got it, she was having a personal conversation with her child while working with me.
