The staff was very helpful and understanding at all times, I was glad to find out that there was a shuttle for the local area, and complementary water in the lobby.

The hotel room was very dirty and moldy. The bathtub had growing mold and we showered with a towel in the tub. Neither my daughter or I felt comfortable walking on the carpet and kept our shoes on until bed. We would have changed hotels, but the storm was approaching and decided to stay put. However, we both had bad headaches, assuming from the mold. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful! I was asked how my stay was and answered it was fine, mistake. I should have let them know how dirty the room was.
