Checking in at night I appreciated the parking lot being well lit. Check in was easy. Overall my room and lobby were okay at best. Nothing special, a bit run down, but clean. I was missing a remote which the front desk did replace however the tv never worked in the end. Check out in the morning is where the real problems began. When the woman at the desk said i had not payed for my room the night before and than argued with me about it even though i had an emailed receipt and a bank statement proving i had payed. After refusing to pay she did call expedia and got it sorted out. But the things that were said and the way it was handled was not good.

Venessa checked us in efficiently and was friendly. Unfortunately our room was quite dirty, drops and smudges on the tables and floor. Our room smelt of weed. Long black hairs in the bed and just a general feeling of uncleanliness in the room. Did not feel safe so ended up only staying one night.

The area outside the hotel seemed "seedy" and was a little scary getting there at night. The beds were not all that comfortable. But the geographical location was perfect for us and where we'd be visiting while in the area. Great highway access, but still a remarkably quiet room.

While the hotel offers several positives, there are key areas that need improvement, especially for long-term guests.Amenity Availability: I was disappointed to find a lack of available coffee makers during my stay. For a hotel catering to extended stays, ensuring the availability of such basic amenities should be a priority.Family-Friendliness: My experience in the common areas was concerning. One night, the lobby area near the elevator was occupied by individuals drinking hard liquor and beer. This not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those with families but also raised questions about the legality of such activities in public spaces.Staff Responsiveness: The hotel staff's lack of intervention in this situation was notable. It is crucial for the staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. When we arrived no one was available to check us is. Waited 15+ minutes when another worker happened to arrive for her shift to assist myself and other guests, shecwas just as confused. Hallway and room smelled of weed and smoke. Room was horrible, dirty floor (something like ketchup on the floor), sink was disgusting and I found garbage when trying to find an outlet. I did not feel safe using the stove, beds were so uncomfortable even my young child complained about them. The ONLY reason we booked here was because it was pet friendly and we find an alternative option in the furture.

This was a last minute booking. Sheets were dirty. Lamp shade had mold on it. Carpet were bunched up in spots on the floor. Continental breakfast wass nonexistent. Coffee was terrible. No sugar. Trash on the floor in the lobby. The woman initially checked me in was very pleasant though. Room smelled like smoke as well.

The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel could use some updating. Their "FREE BREAKFAST" is deceiving. They call it grab and go (to your room) It is breakfast bars - prepacked mini muffins - instant oatmeal and no regular creamer. Then you have to bring it to your room as there is nowhere to sit. We stayed here a few years back and it was a full breakfast. Extended Stay needs to update their website calling it a free breakfast and call it what it is. I know everything has gone up in price but over $200 a night is pricey.

Just what we needed.
Basic but everything you need. The room was a little tired but clean. The beds were comfortable and having a kitchenette was very useful. We were on the third floor, which was quiet. Brilliant having a laundry facility, meant we were able to clean our clothes from the two weeks we'd had on the road prior. The hotel was very easy to get too.

When we checked in the room they gave us was completely dirty. Seems like the staff forgot to clean after someone checked out. They easily accommodated us with a new room but we no longer felt comfortable. The bed was stiff, the room smelled like dirty carpet, and the cabinets looked unclean. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Convenient and clean, but not worth the cost
Holel was convenient for our needs but not worth the price. It was a bit run down, the bed was uncomfortable with a thin sheet (we had to ask for an extra blanket and pillows), and the AC was super noisy. The breakfast should not be labeled as breakfast as it was inadequate and the coffee was not good either.

I was charged $360 for one night. This place is a dump, better off sleeping in your car. The room smelled like dirty clothes. The was plastic covering the smoke detector, there blood and dirt on the floor. Their was a toe nail clipping in my bed, so gross. There were people sleeping in cars the lot. And marijuana when I walked in. Then my key didn’t work taking more of my time. The only good thing I could say is the person at the desk was nice
