Expect a fee for everything

Posted 05-Feb-2016
Room was clean and as expected. Good location, nice lobby/ lounge. Hotel staff were unhelpful in anyway. I even asked where I could get a slice pizza near by and I was answered with "I am not sure, but the pizza here is really good" (probably because they wanted me to pay the 30 dollars for a mediocre meal at their restaurant). If you overprice your food at least give other options. Other than that nice hotel.

It will be better AFTER the remodel is completed

Posted 04-Feb-2016
Pros: The lobby and the staff
Cons: the rooms
NO WATER when I arrived. They didn't notify prior to booking that there would be no water until 3AM. The staff at the desk was great. The rooms are very small. The shower isn't even big enough for 1 person. After the remodel, it will be much better.

Not what I was expecting

Posted 01-Feb-2016
I was put in a room the size of a closet with rotting doors and a shower and bathroom that ever the skinniest person in the world would have trouble stepping into therefore everything flooded. I asked to change rooms and even offered to pay more which I was already paying a lot and got declined because they were "full" even though it seemed empty.

only lobby floor is great.

Posted 01-Feb-2016
Pros: Lobby, and restaurant were great.
Cons: All staff except reception. Others like laundry pick up, no answer for long time, so I had to bring laundry bag to the reception.
Location: Danvers, business.
The air conditioner was out of order. Asked engineer to fix. Takes one hour to come , then 1 hr to fix changing air filters too. No preventive maintenance. Also the king bed was not flat. center area sank, and foot area high and head area low. The bed itself has been placed slant angle (head low). The maid doesn't clean floors just changing beddings and towels and amenities. No vacuums clean for the floor. Worst one is very bad design of the bath room. Toilet placed just next to bath tab without any leg space. So I had to use toilet just sitting slightly offset. I believe only lobby floor looks great and restaurant "Strip# are good taste, but room itself no consideration of customers. Like toilet, I believe no customer satisfaction. I placed order for Landry, as FOLD option but the shirts were hanging on the hunger. Very bad ion treatment too.

Excellent location to shopping.

The only issue was the sheet in the tip of the bed had something stuck to it. It made me paranoid about the cleaning which is a bummer because other than that all was fantastic.

Nice lobby, shabby rooms

Posted 31-Jan-2016
Pros: Location.
Cons: Rooms are in bad shape. Also, my TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed, so really uncomfortable and awkward to watch.
Location: Right near shopping and Boston Common.
The lobby has been completely redone and looks very modern. The rooms, however, (at least the one I stayed in) was really shabby. If you are staying, ask whether your room has been remodeled or not before you book it.

Lobby beautiful rooms ugly, small and outdated.

Posted 30-Jan-2016
Staff were great didn't like the outdated rooms. Felt like I was stuck in the 50's with the room style and decor.
