Overall the hotel was fine, but not as nice as we expected. The room was small and didn’t really reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel spaces (lobby, restaurants). The bed wasn’t comfortable, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and the check in process was pretty frustrating. We arrived a bit early to check on our room, were told that it was ready but that we couldn’t check in due to issues with their credit card charge system, and to check back soon. We came back at check in time, were then told that our room was actually not ready and wouldn’t be for 30-60min, but that we would receive a call when we could check in. An hour later we had to approach the desk again only to be told that our room had been ready and that no one knew why we weren’t notified. There wasn’t any attempt to remedy the situation, which we felt reflected poorly on the quality of customer service. The saving grace was the prompt room service and lovely staff who delivered our food. This was a fine option for a quick stay, but was expecting more and probably wouldn’t stay again.
