"The gentleman at the front desk named Panny was very helpful. There are steep and circular stairs that Panny was willing to carry our luggage up and down. He also gave us a ride to the Gem and Rock museum (a hidden “gem” in a small town called Creetown, Scotland). He helped us locate the bus stop and what time the bus would be there and gave us a ride to the bus stop. Panny was very generous with his time and energy and much appreciated."
