Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. Our bikes were looked after well in their bike room. Housekeeping was 5/5, always came back to a clean spotless room. Great bar facilities as well. Out of all the stays we’ve had in Finale, this has been the best so far, and would definitely choose to go back here again for next time!"

"The hotel is in a good location and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, and we enjoyed lunch at the beach restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. However, we paid extra for a balcony with a side sea view and were disappointed that we were unable to use the balcony because of the building site next door. We mentioned this to the reception staff, but they did not seem particularly interested or concerned. I appreciate that the hotel cannot control nearby building work, and it is unfortunate for them as well. However, given that the hotel is quite large and did not appear to be anywhere near full, it was disappointing that we were allocated a room on that side of the hotel when other rooms may have been available."
