The property has been refurbished to a high standard with a blend of unique furnishings and modern amenities. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay relaxing and one to remember. With three bedrooms, the property sleeps up to five and is ideal for families or small groups visiting or working in the area. There is a large garden , ideal for socialising in the summer months. The property is 3 bedroom, with a two doubles and a single bedroom. There is separate living room with a dining area, and a separate kitchen. There is an upstairs bathroom, and separate toilet downstairs. Free parking is available throughout the surrounding area. Elstree and Sky studios, and Elstree Aerodrome are within close proximity of the property. The area is easily accessible from London with regular trains to and from the local Borehamwood station. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
