Beautiful Sunny 3 Bedroom Ground Floor with Southwest View of the Ocean

"The whole experience was perfect and exactly as it was pictured and described. The doors were right out to the beach and at night you could hear the waves against the shore. It was roomy for all 7 of us and even had all that was needed to make meals. There was more than enough towels even for the beach! We will be staying here again and making it apart of itenerary each time! Thank you to the hosts for answering our questions timely and for such a well taken care of home for our vacation stay!!!! And Yes for the weather in August the AC worked wonders!!!!"

"The location of this property is fantastic! Unfortunately, the beach was closed because of a sewage contamination. The parking is a challenge as the lot is very small. Our room was in fairly good shape, but the floors were filthy."

"Imperial Beach was great. Cute, walkable town from the property, friendly locals and a close drive to beautiful Coronado. The view from the property was truly worth it and we loved how the beach was never crowded. The pool and the hot tub were also well kept and a nice retreat from the ocean."

"The house is beautiful and the views were incredible. We wish the beach access was better as we were afraid the kids were going to fall. Love that we were able to walk to local eateries. This house and location was perfect, if it wasn’t because the water was contaminated the entire experience would have exceeded our expectations. We had to drive 30 minutes away to Mira Mesa beach as it was the closest beach that was not contaminated and we were able to get in the water. If you just like to walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful views this house is great, Also shout out to the host who was very responsive and accommodating."

"The location of this rental is fabulous! Right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Love that it was pet friendly too! Our pups enjoyed being so close to the beach….lots of walks. The rental was clean and had most everything you would need. We were a little surprised that shower products weren’t provided. I wish there was a broom so we could’ve kept up with the sand. I hated leaving it messy. We would definitely stay here again! We had the most relaxing time!"
