This tastefully decorated duplex apartment is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, on the 4th floor of a stone building with elevator. It also has a parking space at the foot of the building and air conditioning. And to top it all off, you'll enjoy a pretty little 12 m² terrace for aperitifs with family or friends. In short, you will not lack a thing in this spacious, warm and cozy T3! You'll be right in the heart of Bordeaux, a stone's throw from Place de la Comédie and its majestic opera house. The tramway (lines B, C and D) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment (Place des Quinconces), ideal for getting around easily and visiting the city of wine! Composition First floor : \- entrance hall, \- a 1st bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and dressing room, \- a 2nd bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and storage space, \- shower room with washbasin, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC. First floor: \- a bright, spacious living room with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining area with table for 6, bookcase, desk and internet/wifi, \- a fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, wine cellar and all you need for cooking (cutlery, utensils, etc.), \- shower room with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC, \- a 12 m² terrace with garden furniture (table, armchairs, etc.).
